Dr. Clarissa Rodriguez was born in New York and grew up in sunny Arizona. Clarissa has grown up with animals all her life and decided at the age of 5 that she would make animals her passion! Dr. Rodriguez received her bachelors degree in Animal Science from UC Davis and moved to the beautiful island of St. Kitts to complete her pre-clinical studies at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She then moved to Oregon to attend Oregon State University for her clinical year. Dr. Rodriguez fell in love with Oregon and now calls this beautiful state her home! Dr. Rodriguez enjoys hiking and spending time with her recently adopted dog, Rusty. Her interest in veterinary medicine include dermatology , and her goal for the near future is to obtain her certification in acupuncture.
